Real Solutions Real Estate and Management Services began providing services in early 2008. It is owned and operated by Cara Jo Hinton and Kirk R. Boeger. It is a small provider of an assortment of Real Estate and personal services, primarily:

Cara Jo Hinton first began working in property management after her arrival to the Virgin Islands in 1997. She initially worked for a company managing approximately 40 condominium units on the East End of St. Thomas. She then started working in appraisals, and soon after, selling real estate. She formed her own company, Hinton Management, in order to service her property management clients. These were primarily high end homes on St. Thomas, but also included condominiums. She has also worked for a couple of large Real Estate Brokerages on the island in sales, and has had her broker license since 2004. With over ten years of most every aspect of Real Estate experience, she is able to provide most any service needed by Real Solution’s customers and clients.
Kirk Boeger first arrived in the Virgin Islands in 1991. He worked primarily in the restaurant and yacht charter business until 1999, at which time he returned briefly to the States. He returned to the islands in 2002 to serve as Chief Operating Officer of a business management and consulting services business. He first obtained his Real Estate Salesperson License in 2003, though it only received part time duty until he ended his business management commitments in early 2008. He has extensive experience with catering to the various needs of all types of individuals, along with vast accounting and management experience.
By working as a team, versus competing against each other as happens with many other companies, Kirk and Cara strive to provide exceptional results in all areas of Real Estate and personal services.
